Junior High gets ready for SPIRIT WEEK!

Bennett Krohne, Staff Writer

Junior High Spirit week will start on Tuesday, October 15, and end on Friday, October 18. On Monday, there will be no school due to Columbus Day. On Tuesday, it is Tie-Dye Day, and all the students are encouraged to wear their tie-dye clothes. Then, on Wednesday, it will be Western Wednesday. Hopefully, people will wear cowboy hats and cowboy boots! Next, on Thursday, it is Hawaiian Day. There are always a lot of fanny packs and bucket hats on that day. Finally, on Friday, it is Spirit Day! This is the best day of the year to show school spirit! The student council also provides T-shirts to wear on spirit day. The student council committee who decided what the days are gonna be, include Madisyn Wienstroer, Lydia Luechtefeld, Isaiah Auer, and Cameron Wiedwilt. The committee that designed the T-shirts are Owen Borrenpohl and Maggie Sawicki. Also on Friday, a pep rally will be held in the O-Rena, during homeroom. The committee setting up the pep rally is Sarah Cook, Laura Cook, Bennett Krohne, and Adysen Harre. Hopefully this year’s spirit week will be the best one yet!
