Rocket Basketball Makes Coaching Changes

After 25 years of coaching Okawville Rocket basketball, Jon Kraus has resigned from coaching. Filling in his spot as head coach is Ryan Heck, the former J.V. coach. Cameron Obermeier, former freshman/sophomore head coach, is now the head coach of J.V.

Filling in for Coach Obermeier as the freshmen/sophomore coach is Okawville graduate Payten Harre. Coach Harre graduated from OHS in 2018.   Harre played basketball all four years of his high school career and was even a part of the 2018 state championship team. It is safe to say that the Rockets have a very good coaching staff, and are in great hands!
