FBLA Continues to Expand

Recently, FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) elected new officers for the 22-23 year. The new president is Maggie Boecklen. The new vice president is Bella Welch. Taylor Hettenhausen is the new treasurer.  Jenna Hackstadt is the new secretary.

FBLA is starting the new year very strongly. They have plans for a new business within the school using the 3D printer and the Vinyl cutter in Mr. Kramer’s art room. One plan is to create vinyl stickers for athletes with their sport and number printed on the sticker to stick to cars. Also, FBLA plans on selling items from the 3D printer during some games, the same as last year.

FBLA has been working hard to be even better than last year. Last year, FBLA received an award for the second most growth within the club for the 21-22 year, and this year they want to win more awards. The FBLA Leadership, led by Maggie Boecklen, has made great efforts to make FBLA the best it can be by starting meetings every other week and working hard on new business plans.  FBLA plans on going to more competitions and conferences this year and sparking the club to achieve big things.

“I hope that the club will continue to grow and we’ll be able to participate in more events this year,” said Maggie Boecklen. FBLA has been very vocal about its hopes and goals this year and has been working very hard to get to the position that they’re in now and are working even harder to excel.
