On September 29, the Science Club hosted its yearly dance. Instead of doing the Sadie Hawkins theme, they returned to the Beach Bum theme, as used a few years ago. Due to this, everyone wore Hawaiian clothes and took pictures by the beachy backdrop. For drinks and snacks, the freshman and sophomores were in charge of bringing drinks while juniors and seniors were in charge of bringing snacks. I interviewed freshman Savanna Meyer on what she thought about the dance. She replied, “It was fun and I enjoyed dancing to the music with my friends.” It seemed everyone enjoyed the dance and can’t wait for next year.
