On September 30 the annual Jr. High dance took place in the cafeteria from 6:00 to 8:00. The usual Sadie Hawkin’s dance was changed into the Beach Bum. Kids wore Hawaiian clothes like hula skirts and leis. I interviewed 7th grader Brooklyn Meier, and she said, “I had lots of fun. The music was great and I loved line dancing. I had a lot of fun with friends too.” The students look forward to next year’s dance.
