On Tuesday the 26th we had students from all grade levels go to SUIC to partake in the yearly Math Field Day. Students on the trip were chosen at random with around six people from each grade participating. The test was 67 questions long and students got 1 point for whatever questions they got correct and were deducted half a point for the ones they got incorrect. The freshman received 3rd in their class and the sophomores got 4th. Although the junior and senior classes did not place, which means that we as a school didn’t either, we are still very proud of them for all the hard work they put in. And we are very proud of those classes that did place, thanks to the intelligent students in them.
