This year the drama club is performing a beautiful Beauty and the Beast piece. The drama club has been around for many years now and they voted to do their first musical only six years ago on November 13, 2019. Before this, the Drama Club had only done plays. Now six years later, they have decided on yet another musical. Amy Welch is currently the director of the Drama Club. She has been working with the Drama Club for over five years and plans to continue working with them for many years. This year’s Beauty and the Beast has many characters with many different traits and characteristics. Our very own high school students are portraying these characters. The Drama Club will also perform the piece for the entire student body on the Thursday of production. The production is taking place October 18-20, with the Friday and Saturday productions at 7:30 and the Sunday one at 2:00. Early tickets have already gone on sale if you want any, ask any Drama Club member or email Mrs. Welch. Regular tickets are on sale as of October 1 at $10 a piece. Tickets sell out quickly, so make sure you get yours! T-shirts are also available for $12 this year for anyone interested.
