Aidan Anderson, an Okawville Senior, recently scored his 1000th point against Pinckneyville on December 2, 2024. Even though he had a rough start to the game he managed to score his 1000th point on his last shot of the game. I interviewed him and asked what this accomplishment meant to him. He answered, “It’s been my childhood dream, and one of my most proud moments of my life.” He is verbally committed to Rend Lake College, where he will continue his basketball career next fall.
