On Tuesday, March 4, the Okawville Rockets traveled to Cobden, IL, facing the talented number 1 seed Goreville. The Rockets knew the game would be tough, but they just wanted to stick with them. After the first quarter, the Rockets were not far behind, only down 3. Going into the second quarter, the Rockets knew they needed to stay close, and after the 2nd quarter, they were down 30-21. After the second half, the Rockets gave it everything they had but ended down by 13 after the 3rd. The 4th quarter was a tough one, and the Rockets came up short, losing 55-41 to Goreville. Aidan Anderson had 12 points, and Braylen Turner had 11. The Rockets had a great season, and the seniors will be greatly missed.
