On Friday night, the Okawville Jr.High Baseball team played the Lebanon Jr. Greyhounds. The boys came out on top with a win of 10-0 in five innings. Pitching for the Jr. Rockets was Jake Lange for three innings and Tyson Hackstadt for the other two innings.
On Saturday morning, the Okawville Jr. Rockets had a doubleheader at Trico. The first game, they came out with a 12-3 win over Trico Jr. High in five innings. During this game, Nolan Heintz pitched all five innings. The second game didn’t turn out how they wanted; the boys ended up losing 6-5 against Ziegler Royalton. Pitching for the Okawville Jr. Rockets was Aj Klingenberg for one inning and Ryker Wisneski for four innings.
