This weekend, on Saturday, September 6th, the Junior High Baseball team played against Trico and Ziegler-Royalton. For the Trico game, Nolan Heinz started and finished pitching. The final score for this game was 12 to 3, with the boys taking home another win. During their second game against Ziegler-Royalton, AJ Klingenberg started pitching but was swapped with Ryker Wisneski in the second inning, and he finished the game. The final score was 5 to 6. The timer ran out and came close, but the boys lost by one run. Then, on Monday, September 8th, the baseball team played Nashville. Jayden Willis threw only 71 pitches. The final score was 12 to 2 after five innings. The Nashville game was also a kidney cancer game for #Team Stella. On September 9th, the boys played Marissa at home. Jake Lange started to pitch, but then AJ Klingenberg came to finish the game. The final score was 8 to 6, with the boys taking home another win. Then on Wednesday, September 10th, the boys played Trinity Hoyolten at home. Tyson Hackstadt pitched for two innings, then Hudson Schneider came in to pitch for two innings. Then Colton Segelhorst came in and pitched for one and a half innings. After that, Tyson Hackstadt came back to finish it off. The final score was 15 to 14. The boys then took home another win. Finally, the last game that week, on September 11th, was against Carlyle, and the score was 7 to 3, with Okawville winning again.
