On Thursday, September 18, the Okawville Jr. Rockets played Breese at home. The Rockets defeated Breese Elementary School with a score of 13-1. This is thanks in part to eleven runs in the first inning. The junior high baseball team also had its 8th-grade night. The 8th graders are Michael Todd, Jayden Willis, Kyle Bollmeier, and Paxton Lehde. After the game, the boys were given a gift —a home plate with their names on it.
