OHS students gathered around the pole.
On Wednesday, September 24th, FCA hosted See You At The Pole. See You At The Pole originated in 1990 at a school in Texas. For this, a group of students led prayers at their school’s flagpole. The current advisors for FCA at our school, Ms. Christy Hood and Mr. Reed Recker, have continued this tradition here. See You At The Pole is open to all junior and senior high students, as well as all staff members. During the See You At The Pole event, officers read various prayers to the students. This year’s officers of FCA are Co-Presidents Lilly Cragen and Laney Hundelt, Secretary Rylan Senior, and Treasurer Rodney Helbig. There was a great turnout, and they hope to see more people at the upcoming events.
