On Tuesday, October 7, OHS hosted College Night, which was open to all students in 9th-12th grade and their parents. They discussed financial aid, steps students can take now to prepare, and the importance of finding the right college fit. Mrs. Schleifer brought in Carrie Hancock, Student Outreach Coordinator, and Sarah Ratermann, Director of Financial Aid, both from Kaskaskia College, to talk to everyone. These nights are helpful for both students and parents and help prepare our students for their future.
