On Monday, October 6th, the Lady Rockets volleyball team played Valmeyer for their annual Pink Out Game. This year, the Lady Rockets sold Pink Out tickets to benefit Sarah Schmersahl and Deann Muehlauser. After every girl sold tickets, they raised a total of $5,074. Sarah and Deann were both offered the money, but Deann was so nice that she gave her half of the money to Sarah. The Lady Rockets didn’t want her leaving empty-handed handed so she was gifted a healing angel. The volleyball organization would like to extend a big thank you to everyone who purchased shirts and sold raffle tickets! The Lady Rockets also want to thank Wennemann’s for donating their meat for the raffle prize. Overall, this night was a success, and it was great to see everyone in the gym wearing pink for our annual Pink Out game!
