On October 12, the Lady Rockets had an away conference game against Wesclin. The Lady Rockets ended up winning in 3, coming back in 2 sets. Sydney Tebbe had a total of 15 kills, Maci Wolf had 12 kills, and Jordyn Heckert had 9 kills. Megan Rennegarbe also had 30 digs. The Rockets lost the first set 22-25, won the second set 25-23, and won the third 25-22. The Rockets then had won the conference champions title. The Lady Rockets’ current conference record is 9-0. 

This year was our first year of joining a conference. We are in the Kaskaskia Conference Illinois Division, along with Wesclin (6-4), Chester (5-5), Carlyle (4-5), Sparta (2-7), Rud Bud (2-7), and Okawville (9-0). The Rockets will play their final conference and regular-season game on the 21st against Carlyle. Then, the next week they will be playing for regionals at New Athens.
