Friday, November 19th through Sunday, November 21st, the 7th grade Okawville Jr. Lady Rockets played in the 7th Grade Germantown Basketball Tournament.  

On Friday the Jr. Lady Rockets took on the Breese Lady Bobcats.  The Jr. Lady Rockets had a rough start but picked up the pace and won the game 41-10.  

Saturday, the Jr. Lady Rockets had two games. First, they played the Germantown Lady Bulldogs.  The Jr. Lady Rockets were up 22-8 at halftime and won the game 38-20.  Next, they played All-Saints Academy.  The Okawville Jr. Lady Rockets at halftime were winning 23-6 and took the win 33-13.  

Their last game of the tournament was on Sunday against Albers/Damiansville Lady Cougars.  The Jr. Lady Rockets were up 29-4 at halftime. They continued to score and won the game 41-10.  

The Okawville Jr. Lady Rockets were 4-0 in this tournament and won first place in the 7th Grade Germantown Basketball Tournament.  The team received a 1st place plaque for the trophy case.  

Now, the 7th grade team is undefeated and sits with a record of 12-0.  Good luck to the Jr. Lady Rockets as they continue on with their season!
