The high school band students have been playing for the crowd at every home varsity girls’ and boys’ basketball game. They play while the teams are warming up, during halftime, and they also play the National Anthem. They play roughly about ten songs every game. It gets the fans pumped up for the game. The pep band plays some classic songs like Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne, 7 Nation Army by The White Stripes, Land Of A Thousand Dances by Wilson Pickett, and many more! Not only do students participate in providing great music for the crowd and players, but they also participate in the O-Zone student section themes! Mr. Recker has been the band director for 4 years and has taken this band to another level. The OHS band is proud to play in front of a great community and have others who care for music as well.
