As winter sports have come to a close, spring sports are taking action. One of them being softball. The Lady Rockets started practice March 1, with new head coach Elizabeth Thoel and returning assistant coach Travis Kuhn. 

The Lady Rockets will have their first game on Wednesday, March 16, at Centralia High School, the game will start at 4:30. The next day they will host their first home non-conference game against Lebanon, the game will also begin at 4:30. 

The Lady Rockets are in the Cahokia Conference, Kaskaskia Division. The other participants in this conference are Caryle, Chester, Red Bud, Sparta, and Wesclin. We hope to see the community coming to support the ladies in their hopeful season!
