The Jr. High Girls Volleyball continues its 2022 volleyball season. Their current record is 4-7.

Fighting hard against Carlyle on February 22, they took a devastating loss in 2 sets. Then, they played St. Rose for the second time and fought the whole game. They lost that game in 2 sets as well.

On March 1, they played Germantown for the 2nd time. They tried their hardest and won, leading the whole game, in 2 sets. On March 3, they played Lebanon for the second time. Leading the whole game they won big.

I asked 8th-grade libero, Jaelyn Going, how she thinks the season is going so far and she responded with, “Very good, we have had wins and losses. We have had our ups and downs.”

I also asked 8th grader Lily Helbig how she thinks the team will do at regionals. She replied, “I think we will do pretty good if we give it our all. We also have to focus on the game and make good passes.”

Good luck to the Jr. Lady Rockets volleyball team as they continue their season.
