FCA Holds First Devotion

The Okawville FCA, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, held its first meeting of the year on September 7th and they had a great devotion, donuts, and milk. It had a great turnout with many students who showed up. The meeting started at 7:15 and Ms. Hood led the devotion.

I asked Caroline Tepe some questions about FCA. I asked her if she thought FCA had a great turnout. She replied, “Yes, I think FCA had a great turnout and I hope it keeps growing!” I also asked if she enjoyed being in FCA. She answered, “I enjoy being in FCA because I love it when we just come together in the middle of the week and worship together for our friends or anything that we are struggling with in our lives.”

The Okawville FCA met around the flagpole on September 28 for Meet Me At The Pole. They also had a great turnout then as well. They meet at 7:50 every Wednesday morning in the band room. Anyone is welcome to join, and you do not have to be an athlete to join!
