On December 11th, Okawville High School had its yearly Christmas concert which many attended. 

The Choir sang 4 songs: “Carol Of The Kings”, “Let It Be Christmas”, “The Christmas Song”, and “This Christmas”. The choir sang very well. The band played 4 songs: “Santa’s Holiday Arrival”, “Down A Country Lane”, “Nightmare Before Christmas”, and “Comfort and Joy”. The Jazz Band performed 3 songs: “Sesame Street Theme”, “Blues At The Gate”, and “Jazz To The World”. The soloists from this concert were: Sarah Cook, Laura Cook, Katheryn Forgy, Calvin Maynard, Kyle Schwab, Paige Riechmann, and Norah Wood. The band, as well as the jazz band and the soloists, did amazing. 

After the performances, there were cookies and punch for everyone. The performance was exceptional, and the students did a great job.
