Maggie Sawicki has recently committed to Missouri Baptist to play college softball. Missouri Baptist is located in Creve Coeur, Missouri, and is in the American Midwest Conference.
Maggie has been playing softball for the last eleven years. She has played on two different select teams and has played school softball since junior high.
I interviewed Maggie and asked her if this had always been a goal for her. She said,” I have always loved playing softball. It has always been my happy place. I have always dreamed about playing in college.” I followed up and asked what she was most excited about. She stated,” I am looking forward to making new friendships with my teammates. I am also looking forward to some of the traveling I will be doing with the team.”
We all wish Maggie the best of luck with her collegiate softball career.
