The Jr. High girls this year are seeming almost unstoppable having a 11-2 record. The first tournament in the year, the Okawville Tournament, they were undefeated and won the championship game, on November 3, 2017 against Aviston, They won with a score of 43 of 30. This past week the Lady Rockets got first in the consolation bracket in the Conference Tournament, only losing to Saint Rose by. Elli Kremmer says “We have worked very good together having no arguments and we are very thankful we are all on the same team.” I also talked to team guard Raegan Luechtefeld about their chemistry and she says “our team gets along well on, and off the floor.” They get along well on and off the floor seems like an understatement to me because all of them are very good friends to each other on and off the court. Overall this team has a good chance in getting into state even though it is early in the season.
