The junior high girls’ basketball season has started out with a win  Their first game was on Thursday, October 18. They beat Centralia, at Centralia.  They won 41 to 25. We pulled away early in the game and kept the lead the whole game, to pull out with a win on their first game of the season. I asked 8th grader Ellie Frederking, “How do you think that the rest of your season is going to go?”  She replied with “I think that we have an amazing team with a great group of girls. I think we have a good chance of winning state.” I also interviewed Alayna Kraus.  I asked her “What are you looking forward to this basketball season.” She replied with “I am looking forward to trying to get to state and to play with some great players.”
