The Okawville Jr. Lady Rockets’ season is off to an undefeated start.  The 7th-grade players for this years team are Dylan Benson, Annie Culli, Madalina Ehret, Kylie Going, Adysen Harre, Taylor Hettenhausen, Alayna Kraus, Tyne Moore, Rayna Reed, Maggie Sawicki, and Madisyn Wienstroer.  The 8th-grade players this year are Kylie Buehler, Ellie Frederking, Jordyn Heckert, Hannah Miller, Briley Rhodes, and Macie Staley. This year’s team has two managers: 7th grader Lexy Borrenpohl and 8th grader Paige Riechmann. The Lady Rockets are lead by head coach Aaron Tebbe and assistant coach Travis Kuhn.

So far this season the 8th-grade team’s record is 8-0 and the 7th-grade team’s record is 5-0.  Both teams have beat Bartelso, Breese, Carlyle, Centralia, and Wesclin. The 8th grade’s additional wins came from the Okawville Round Robin in which they placed first and beat All Saints, Aviston and Lebanon.  To say this season has been off to great start would be an understatement!
