Mr. Kurzt recently took the P.E. teaching position at Okawville High School. Mr. Kurtz is very excited to be working at Okawville, and he loves the sportsmanship, variety of students, school spirit, and the school colors Okawville has. Before working at Okawville, he was a sewer line repairman who graduated from Lindenwood. He currently lives in Marissa with his wife and 2 daughters. Additionally, he coaches his daughter’s soccer and softball teams and is a volunteer first responder/firefighter. He is excited to learn more about Okawville and what it has to offer. I asked him what his goals were for this school year, and he said his goal was to get more students active and to further his education.
