The varsity boys basketball team hosted an incredible opportunity for the young future Rockets. They had a series of camps that many young kids had the chance to be a part of. This included teaching or improving many different skills. It also helped to improve the players’ leadership skills. On November 23, 2025, the Varsity Rockets held their annual soda scrimmage. The point of this scrimmage is for the audience to bring various items that will be used during the game as refreshments for the referees. This year, they decided to do things a little differently before the Varsity Rockets played. The young kids who also attended the camp got to showcase the skills they had learned and/or improved. The groups of kids ranged from ages of kindergarten to fourth grade. This was an incredible opportunity for all the people involved and we hope they continue it through the years.
