On November 12, after school, Mr. Berg took six FFA kids to the 2025 section Agronomy contest in Valmeyer. The competition consisted of students identifying various plants, weeds, crops, and insects based on a picture. Then they are scored on whether they are correct. Okawville finished 12th out of 14 teams, and our highest scorer was Skylar Wilfong with 250. Overall, this was a great learning experience for the students who went and a good way to meet new people in their Section.
