On January 28th, the Okawville Rockets faced the Marissa Comets. The game started with the Rockets taking the lead, 19-10, and scoring almost double what Marissa had scored in the first quarter. In the second quarter, the Rockets continued to score and kept their lead into halftime. In the third quarter, the Rockets continued to expand their lead and scored 20 points in the third quarter. In the final quarter of the game, the Rockets continued to score and ended the game with a win of 71-45. The Rockets’ leading scorer was Braylen Turner with 20 points. Also contributing to the Rockets’ score were Landen Shubert with 15, Ryker Obermeier and Kaden Buehler with 8, Clay Maynard and Ayden Foley with 7, and Zayden Cepeda with 6.
