It’s that time of the year again! Basketball season has started so that means Senior “Shoot For School” has begun as well. Seniors’ “Shoot For School” is when two seniors are chosen to shoot for money during the half-time of the Junior Varsity games. All you have to do to get a chance is to sign up and be there. If you get chosen, you automatically win $25. If you make a lay-up, your winnings will be doubled to $50. If you then proceed to make a free throw, your winnings will be doubled again to $100. Then, if you make a three-pointer, you will get $200 and if you make all of those shots, you will get the chance to win $1,000 for making a half-court shot. The dates of the nights are Thursday, December 5, Friday, January 17, Tuesday, February 4, and Monday, February 10.
